The specific features of the Vsevolozsky, Priozersky and Kirovsky districts are the following:
about 20% of the permanent residents of the working age in Vsevolozhsky and 5% in Kirovsky districts work at industrial enterprises or other organizations of St. Petersburg (owning both to the vicinity of the districts to St. Petersburg , and the increased unemployment in the Leningrad region).
the population of the Vsevolozhsky, Priozersky and Kirovsky districts grows 2.5-3 times in the summer due to the great inflow of St. Petersburgers on vacation.
In the period of vacations human load on the land and forest resources in organized complexes of household gardens and plots increases markedly. Motor transport traffic grows heavier due both to the increased number of cars, and increased number of regular bus trips.
The situation with social services to the population (both local residents and visitors) grows more complicated, especially in health care, trade and catering.
